We recently had the opportunity to sit down and talk with Dean Thomas, our newest addition to the coaching staff here at Caerphilly Castle FC.
What made you get into coaching?
"I love football and to top it off it's mine and my daughters "thing". Wednesdays are my new favourite day."
What's the best thing you love about coaching?
"Seeing all them little happy faces, seeing them make friends and enjoying, that's what it's all about."
What impact have you had on caerphilly castle fc?
"I haven't had much of an impact having only just joiined. I just really wanted to support Gazz who is doing a cracking job."
What's your future coaching plans?
"Future plans is to make sure the girls enjoy and hopefully move into the next age groups...oh and to make sure me and Gazz get matching bobble hats to go with our matching tracksuits."
