Acknowledge your thoughts, your feelings, your physical sensations. Are you feeling sad, lonely, frustrated or isolated?
Try not to ignore these emotions. Acknowledging how you are feeling is part of letting go of things you can’t control.
Accept the situation that you’re in, that we’re all in.
Life is difficult for many people at the moment. We can’t change the situation. So try to focus on what is in your control. One thing we can control is our actions.
